Much has been afoot in Jerry Blackwell’s life since releasing his critically acclaimed, yet widely slept on, debut album “Reality Check”. After receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree from North Carolina Central University (birthplace of hip hop group Little Brother) he flew to England and completed a graduate level Theology program at Oxford University. Upon returning to the States he recorded an EP with Fatin “10” Horton entitled “Still I Rise” which is set to be released early 2013.

In addition to this there is still a more important milestone set to take place in this young emcee’s life…he’s getting married!!! To commemorate this very special occasion he is releasing an EP entitled “Love Eternal Vol 1: Hello Forever”. This project is a dedication to his future bride and a thank you to the family, friends, listeners, lovers, and dreamers who have supported him on his journey thus far. Listen, Share and Enjoy.
